Chapterhouse & Co (Chapterhouse Associates Limited), formerly an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) latterly provided a background administration service to the legacy financial services clients.

offered a link to an Isle of Man based taxation and trust partner to assist clients who had a significant need for individual and bespoke advice in areas such as capital taxes planning; this included providing practical advice to those wishing to permanently leave UK jurisdiction. In recent years this company has re-emerged as CHC-Land Limited and continues to trade but principally in the field of property development and management.
