The website www.CHC-Land.co.uk acts as the hub for online access to the services provided by CHC-Land Limited.


CHC-Land Limited provides advice and consultancy for property related projects including access to commercial finance and funding, pure development capital, joint venture opportunities, plus property and land search and disposal specialising in off market situations. In addition we provide day to day facilities management services to commercial and residential developments.

We are currently engaged in a small number of development and refurbishment projects both residential and commercial and have availability on:

Legacy Financial Services Clients: Enquiries for the retail financial services previously provided by Chapterhouse Capital Limited and Chapterhouse & Co (Chapterhouse Associates Limited) are now being dealt with by our locum IFA service where a team of independent brokers and advisers can provide mortgage and related services including investment, pension and non investment protection products.

This includes a broking service for retail non regulated lending and associated activities such as commercial mortgages, Buy to let mortgages and other property related finance. Please note that CHC-Land Limited is not FSA regulated and does not directly provide financial services.
